Explain why your way is more objective than what you read in the Moss and Tilly article.

There seems to be little doubt that soft skills are increasing in importance. For context: in the Moss and Tilly article (attached), the emphasis on soft skills is putting black men at a disadvantage. It would, however, seem unreasonable for employers to say that it is okay for their workers to treat customers badly.
