1. a. Calculate the horizontal groundwater flow velocity in the sand portion of the SGZ (in ft/d). Assume an effective porosity of 0.25 for the SGZ unit.
b.Calculate the vertical groundwater flow velocity across the aquitard in the vicinity of the site (in ft/d). Assume an effective porosity of 0.40 for the aquitard.

2. A groundwater basin with a surface area of 125 km2 has the following average annual measurements:

Evapotranspiration (46.3 cm)
Overland flow (3.4 cm)
Baseflow (10.6 cm)
There is no streamflow into the groundwater basin, and no groundwater flow either into or out of the basin.
a) Prepare a water budget for the groundwater basin, listing inputs such as recharge on one side and outputs on the other side. Report the inputs and outputs in units of billion gal/yr and acre-ft/yr.
b) Do the inputs balance the outputs?
c) If we included pumping wells at a total extraction rate of 20 MGD (million gallons per day), would this have a large effect on the water balance? Which component of the water balance do you think would be most affected?

The Main Overall Assignment:
– Identify Functional and Context Classification of team 5 segment of the project
– Identify Functional and Context Classification of all sidestreets
– Develop a Project Design Criteria Table for the project roadway and one (1) sidestreet
– Present findings using a power point presentation
What I Need:
Only I want column “Team5”. The last column. The work is already done but I need minimal work on it . Which is, creating a table for the side street and a couple PowerPoint slides for the main segment inputting the information. I worked on it and I need help to complete it. I did the work in the excel provided. Complete it by using the excel. The red parts I’m unsure about so please check it and correct it.
So basically, complete the excel (do what’s missing) and provide a PowerPoint.
